As a dietitian who grew up submerged in weight loss culture, over time I found out what worked the best for me in regards to overall weight management is learning how to cook at home. Understanding how to use ingredients like spices, fresh herbs and marinades to make food taste good really helped me and I want to show others that it is possible to make quick, easy and healthy meals at home, even when they are short on time.
